Quote Engine Get a price list built

For movers, roofers, glass and trades

Your website should answer the price question.

Someone lands on your site at 9pm on a Saturday wanting to know what a job costs. Right now they fill in a form and wait. By Monday they have booked whoever answered.

No signup. Nothing to install to try it.

Live — try it Your trade, roughly

Sample prices, not a real company's. Yours would be your own numbers.

The part that matters

It refuses jobs it should not price.

Any tool can print a number. An estimator who would never quote a five-bedroom move over the phone does not trust one that would — so this one does not either.

3 bed, one flight, packing

$1,157–$1,473

Itemised by line. Every line traces to a rule you can point at and correct.

A studio flat

Refuses. Lands below what a real move costs, and quoting it would lose money.

Five bedrooms

Refuses. Needs a walkthrough, and says so instead of guessing.

Both refusals hand you the enquiry with every answer already attached. That is a lead you call back, not a wrong price you have to honour.

Where the numbers come from

Not a settings page you typed prices into.

What everyone else does

A calculator plugin asks you to enter prices in a form. Whatever you type is what a stranger gets quoted, and nothing ever checks whether it matches what you actually charge.

What this does

It works backwards from jobs you have already done. It finds the rules behind your prices — your hourly rate, your stairs charge, what packing really costs — then replays them against those same jobs and shows you every miss.

“44 of your last 50, within 10%.”

That sentence, about your own invoices, before anything goes live. If it cannot fit your pricing, it tells you so rather than inventing a rate card — and you have learned something useful for free.

How it goes live

Fifteen minutes of your time, total.

We build a first draft

From what you already publish. Nothing needed from you, and no meeting to book.

You tell us where it is wrong

Walk us through two or three jobs you remember. Your corrections are the price list — that conversation is the whole setup.

You approve it, one tag goes on your site

Nothing quotes a customer until you say so. WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, anything.

Start with a draft

Fair questions

What owners actually ask.

My pricing is too complicated for this

Maybe. That is worth finding out. Some trades are rules underneath and some are judgement, and this tells you which yours is instead of assuming. If it is mostly judgement we will say so and stop.

I don't want my prices public

You already give a number on the phone. This gives the same number to people who would never have called — and it refuses the jobs you would not quote blind either, so it is not putting your whole rate card on the internet.

What if it quotes too low?

It cannot go below the floor you set. Anything under it arrives as a lead with the answers attached instead of a price you have to honour.

Who else is using it?

Nobody yet. You would be first, which is exactly why we are asking for a conversation rather than money. When that changes, this line will change with it.

Do I have to send you my invoices?

No. We can build a working price list from what you publish and what you tell us on a call. Invoices make it sharper later, if and when you want that.

The install

One tag, wherever you want the form.

<script src="https://quote.ghlscope.com/quote-widget.js"></script>
<div data-quote-widget
     data-tenant="YOUR_ID"
     data-schema="YOUR_SCHEMA"
     data-endpoint="https://quote.ghlscope.com"
     data-accent="#YOURBRAND"></div>

It renders inside a shadow root, so your site's CSS cannot break it and it cannot leak into your site. No pricing logic ever reaches the browser.

Being straight with you

No business is live on this yet.

The demo above prices a moving company that does not exist — hand-authored from published market rates, not anybody's real rate card. We would rather tell you that than have you find out. If a tool selling honest numbers opens with a stretched one, nothing after it is worth believing.

We are looking for a handful of businesses to build the first real ones with, at no cost while we do.
